What a treat this place is !! We had a lovely server and the food was amazing. Truffle cheese fries were so good we had to order a second round!! Thank you. We will be back.

Bryn Williams at The Cambrian

The restaurant of this Cambrian hotel, the taste of the food is not bad, better than expected, in fact, Swiss food is not so unpalatable, high-consumption national dining consumption is definitely higher, absolutely can not go to the domestic comparison. Outside the restaurant is the snow-capped mountains and dreamy slopes, refreshing. There is not much snow this season.

This restaurant has excellent staff who speak a wide range of languages, very attentive and look after your every need. My wife was in hospital after an accident on the ski slopes, so I was sitting on my own and they were very accommodating.

Bad quality meat, I ordered the entrec&ocirc;te which costs 43 francs without side dish (beilage), 14 more francs for the truffle fries. Besides being overpriced, the entrec&ocirc;te comes cut in small pieces and they were mostly pieces with nerves and fat which makes me wonder which parts of the meat they put in my plate. Would not recommend and would not go back.

Some items very good, the snack /starter &lsquo;fish and chips&rsquo; though is false advertising it is tater tot with fish mayo&hellip;

Service was nice and warm.  Love it that every dish was served together with a brief description of the ingredients and unique cooking method.  The starters and main courses were delightful!  Everything was great except that our son was a tad disappointed with the small chicken portion for his kid&#39;s meal.
